Secure File Transfer is a service offered by Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) that allows the inbound transfer of data securely into the Hyland Cloud for processing and to facilitate the outbound secure transfer of data to third-party systems.
Processing jobs (such as Document Imaging, COLD, and AutoFill Keyword Sets) must be scheduled with CPE, and the upload must be done using the Hyland Cloud Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). For more information on the Hyland SFTP, see the Secure File Transfer Guide documentation.
