The maximum size of files uploaded at one time should be between 1GB and 2GB. When files are extracted, they need at least twice the amount of space to unzip. For example, a 2GB zipped file would need at least 4GB of space in the destination. Larger files take longer to transfer and decrompress, which can delay processing. If the file is too large, there may not be sufficient space for it to process, resulting in errors.

If you need to upload more than 2GB of data at a time, contact your account manager to discuss available options to upload your hosted solution.
