At this point, you have two options:

  • Resume the installation of the prior certificate. You can continue with the existing certificate as long as you have not yet obtained the response code from the licensing certificate website.

  • Install a new certificate. If you have already obtained the response code from the licensing certificate website and you are resuming, you will have to obtain a new licensing certificate from Hyland Software to continue.
