Administrators may view the history of a user, Keyword Type, Document Type Group, or other item. To see an item's history, select an item and click the View History button in the upper-right corner of the item's page. The History sidebar is displayed.

The History sidebar displays the date that the item was created, and it lists actions related to the item, which are sorted chronologically from most to least recent. Each listed action includes the date the action was made, the time the action was made, and the user associated with the action.

To expand a listed action and view more information, click the down arrow icon next to the action. To collapse an expanded action, click the up arrow icon next to the action.

When you are finished viewing the selected item's history, click Done to close the sidebar.
