By default, the File Formats page displays all available file formats in ascending order based on their file format name. Each column of the File Formats page allows you to reorder and filter the list of file formats.

To access search and ordering options, click the three vertical dots to the right of a filter's name.

The available filter options include the following:

Filter Option Description
Sort

This changes the sort order of the column. You may also use the arrow icon () to change how a column is sorted.

Options include Ascending (lowest value to highest value), Descending (highest value to lowest value), or neither (the selected column is not used to sort the entries).
Note:

Multiple column filters may be used to sort the list of entries. If multiple filters are used to sort, small numbers appear next to the arrow icon that indicate the priority of the column sort. For example, if Username is set to Ascending and has a "1" next to its Sort arrow and ID is set to Ascending and has a "2" next to its Sort arrow, the list is sorted first by username and then by ID.

Pin column This makes the column pinned, which prevents it from being moved when sorting the horizontal position of columns.
Text filter This offers options for more advanced text-based searching. Selecting any of these options opens a separate Custom auto-filter pop-up window. The Custom auto-filter pop-up window uses functions and Boolean operators (and/or) to apply a more advanced set of search filters to the list of entries.
Search This field allows you to enter text and only show entries that contain the text entered.

Once filters are set, click Apply to use those filters to search the list of file formats.
