Keyword Types on the Keyword Types page may have their information and settings edited, including their name and display options.
To edit a Keyword Type's information in the OnBase Administration Portal, click its entry from the list of available Keyword Types on the Keyword Types page. The Keyword Type's page is displayed.
On the Keyword Type's page, the name, data type, and additional alphanumeric settings are shown. To edit the name, click Edit.
Changes to the Keyword Type's page are not saved until you click Save.
The data type cannot be changed after a Keyword Type is created. For alphanumeric Keyword Types, the additional settings cannot be changed after creation.
