Users on the Users page may have their information and settings edited, including security options and administration rights.
To edit a user's information in the OnBase Administration Portal, click their entry from the list of available users on the Users page. The user's page is displayed.
On the user's page, the user's username, real name, email, and account type are shown. To edit this information, click Edit.
Note:
Changes to the user's page are not saved until you click Save.

The Account Type cannot be changed after the user account is created.
