The settings under Configuration Rights detail how a user assigned to the selected User Group is allowed to interact with functions related to configuration.
The following settings are available under Configuration Rights:
Changes to the User Group's page are not saved until you click Save.

Disk Group Configuration |
Enables all the Disk Management (Disk Mgmt) functions from the Configuration main menu, except for End User License Acceptance(this is enabled with System Configuration rights). |
Keyword Configuration |
Enables the Keyword functions from the Configuration menu, as well as any AutoFill Keyword Set functionality available on import. |
Document Configuration |
Enables access to all Document functions from the Configuration main menu, as well as VB Scripts configuration. Note:
Check this setting to activate the Overlay Settings right-click menu option when a document overlay is displayed. Note:
Users with Manager or Administrator privileges have Document Configuration rights by default. Other users need to belong to a User Group with Document Configuration rights to be able to set and see Overlay Settings as a right-click option from a document search results list in the client. |
Custom Query Configuration |
The options within this drop-down menu enable access to Custom Queries configuration. The options in the Custom Query Configuration drop-down menu include:

Process Configuration |
Enables access to the Import menu, the menu, VB Scripts configuration, and all Help menu topics pertaining to processes in the Configuration module. Controls access to Visual Configurations under the menu in the OnBase Client. |
Printing Configuration |
Enables access to and configuration. |
Output Configuration |
Enables advanced distribution functions. |
System Configuration |
Enables access to all functions in the Users menu, with the exception of User Names / Passwords and User Groups / Rights. This right also enables advanced system configuration functions available in the Utils menu. Note:
Because this right enables access to Utils | Service Monitoring, a user without this right is not prompted to reset the cache of the Application Server upon exiting the Configuration module. |

Enables access to all functions at the Users menu. This right allows for the assignment of rights and privileges for the User Group to which a user belongs. This option does not allow a user to configure Configuration Rights. In the Unity Client, this right grants users access to the Tile Group Configuration layout and the User Groups button in the Users layout. Limit Administrative Access |
Limits administrative access for users with the User Group Administrator administrator option. When this option is enabled, the User Group is not accessible to User Group Administrators, unless they are a member of the User Group. Note:
Users cannot be added to nor removed from User Groups configured with the Limit Administrative Access right through user import, even if the User Group Administrator is a member of the group. |

Assign any View Tabs |
Allows users in the User Group to edit View tabs and assign users to those tabs, regardless of whether the user belongs to a User Group that has been granted access to the tabs. Note:
