If a user exceeds the maximum bad logons configured in the Configuration module, the user account is locked. In the Client module, select Admin | Utilities | Unlock Users to display the Unlock Users dialog box. Select the user(s) you want to unlock from the Unlock Users dialog box. Click OK. You may also unlock users who have been locked out of the Client workstation through the Lock Workstation function that resides in the OnBase Client. To unlock a user: From the Configuration module, select Users | User Names/Passwords. Select a user from the User Name list. Click Unlock User. The user is now unlocked from their workstation.
