It is considered a best practice to include a prefix in Document Type names to indicate the Document Type Group to which the Document Type belongs. The prefix can help identify at a glance the Document Type Group to which the Document Type belongs. In this way, you may not need to select a Document Type Group in Document Retrieval before selecting a Document Type.
