Process locks are similar to document locks, but occur during processes such as DIP, COLD, or Sweep. Process locks should also be checked on a daily basis to ensure that these processes are performing correctly.
Process locks can be removed in the OnBase Client by selecting Admin | Utilities | Process Lock Administration.
