If new operating system patches, service packs, etc. have been certified organization-wide.

Future plans to modify the organization's infrastructure which may have an impact on the OnBase servers or users (network upgrades, operating system updates, browser updates, domain changes, DNS changes, changes in security, etc.).

Performance of OnBase over the network gathered from Windows Performance Monitor statistics.

Any other issues that impact OnBase servers or users.
