The OnBase Administrator should communicate with their solution provider on a periodic basis to discuss:

Issues with their release of OnBase.

Security bulletins or other release notes specific to their version of OnBase or potential upgrades.

The features of newer versions of OnBase.

If any planned changes to the environment will have an impact on OnBase.

Any potential user-suggested software enhancements or the availability of that functionality in current or later builds of OnBase.
