Icons give a Document Type a visible identification. Click Icon on the Document Types dialog box to add an icon to the Document Type.
The Icon drop-down list allows you to select an icon that will represent the Document Type.
The Small Icon drop-down list allows you to select an icon that will represent the Document Type in a window, such as a search list.
