As of Foundation EP1, users in the Unity Client without the Access Restricted Keywords privilege are unable to re-index documents between Document Types that include the same Keyword Type at different restriction levels. This change does not impact users with the Access Restricted Keywords privilege.
If a user or user group needs to re-index documents that include restricted keywords, there are two options:

If a user or user group needs to re-index many documents, consider granting the Access Restricted Keywords privilege to them. For more information, see Configuring User Group Privileges.

If a user or user group needs to re-index only a few documents, consider setting up an override privilege on the documents they will need to edit restricted keywords. For more information, see Setting Override Privileges During Document Type Configuration.
