Create a representative icon for your created Note Type using the Icons for dialog box. If you do not assign an icon to the Note Type, a default icon of a yellow note is used. Default note icons are not displayed when selecting to email note icons with a document.
Note:
You must assign an icon to the Note Type when configuring Icon Stamp Note Types.
Note:
The icons for the Staple and Back Staple Note Types cannot be changed.
To configure the icon of a Note Type:

In the Configuration module, Select Document | Note Types. The Note Type Configuration dialog box is displayed.

Click Icon to open the Icons for [Note Type] dialog box.
