Note:

Before removing a product license, deselect the Privileges and Product Rights associated with that product.

  1. In the Configuration module, select Utils | Licensing | Product Licenses. The Product Licenses dialog box is displayed.
  2. Click the Database/Institution Licenses, Workstation Licenses, or Check Processes tab, depending on the type of license to be removed.
  3. Select the license you want to remove in the Product list.
  4. Click Remove License.
    Note:

    Removing Check Processes licensing does not require any additional steps.

  5. The Remove License dialog box is displayed with a code entered in the Update Code field.
  6. Contact your first line of support to receive a call-back code in exchange for the value of the Update Code.
  7. Enter the code you received from your first line of support in the Call Back Code field.
  8. Click Save.
