System Refresh Times define the number of seconds the database re-displays information. The system default Minimum Refresh Time is 100 seconds. The Maximum Refresh Time is 99,999 seconds.

CAUTION:

Any value less than 100 seconds has to be set manually in the database and should only be done with caution.

  1. In the Configuration module, select Users | System Refresh Times to open the System Refresh Times dialog box.
  2. To change the default value in the Minimum Refresh Time and Maximum Refresh Time fields, type the new values.
  3. Click Save.
