When re-upgrading OnBase to Foundation 24.1, you must use the Foundation DBUtils application to re-upgrade your database.

Note:

If the previous version of your database has a schema version prior to 3.5-441, you must use OnBase Configuration to re-upgrade your database to schema version 3.5-441.

The Foundation DBUtils application can be obtained from your first line of support.
