When using OnBase Configuration in the Hyland Cloud, there are some restrictions for User Groups:

The MANAGER and Administrator User Groups are not accessible in the Hyland Cloud. Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) maintains ownership of these groups to limit access to Configuration and Disk Groups.

Cloud users are able to add new User Groups, but Cloud users cannot delete User Groups. You must always add your user to a User Group as it is being created. If you do not, the User Group will not be accessible in any Client, and you will not be able to add yourself later to access it. If you accidentally create a User Group that only a MANAGER user may access, contact your first line of support.
