You can import users into OnBase from a text file. Users imported in this way can be assigned a user name, password, real name, email address, and User Group membership. Users are imported from a text file in the User Names & Passwords dialog box.
If an error is encountered during import, the import stops at the line that caused the error. All lines before the line with the error are imported.
