Enables access to all functions at the Users menu. This right allows for the assignment of rights and privileges for the User Group to which a user belongs. This option does not allow a user to configure Configuration Rights.

In the Unity Client, this right grants users access to the Tile Group Configuration layout and the User Groups button in the Users layout. When the User Management product right is also selected, this right grants users access to the User Option Policy Administration layout. For more information on these layouts, see the Unity Client module reference guide.

Provides the ability to assign Configuration Rights for the user group to which a user belongs.

The Usergroup Security check box must be selected to enable this option.

Selecting this check box enables the following administration options, which are described later in this table:

• User Account Admin

• User Update Admin

• Password Admin

These administrative options allow access to the User Names/Passwords dialog box from the Users menu.

Any of the following rights provides users access to the Admin context in the Web Client, provided they also have the Web Client product right.

Any of the following rights also provides users access to the Users layout in the Unity Client.

Enables all of the buttons in the User Names/Passwords dialog box.

Also provides the ability to create and delete users that are in the same User Group or are not assigned to a User Group from the Admin context in the Web Client, or from the Users layout in the Unity Client. Tasks enabled by the User Update Admin and Password Admin rights are also available in the Web Client and Unity Client.

Enables all of the buttons in the User Names/Passwords dialog box except:

• Create

• Import

• Delete

• User Templates

This option also provides the ability to perform the following tasks from the Admin context in the Web Client or from the Users layout in the Unity Client for users that are in the same User Group or are not assigned to a User Group: add users to and remove users from the same User Group, apply user options, and assign Security Keywords. Tasks enabled by the Password Admin right are also available in the Web Client and Unity Client.

Enables only the following buttons in the User Names/Passwords dialog box:

• Settings (the Update Password check box only)

• Unlock user

This option also provides the ability to reset user passwords and unlock users from the Admin context in the Web Client or from the Users layout in the Unity Client for users that are in the same User Group or are not assigned to a User Group.

In addition, this option provides the ability to view and close current user connections from the Users layout in the Unity Client for users that are in the same User Group or are not assigned to a User Group, provided they also have the User Management product right.

Limits administrative access for users with the User Group Administrator administrator option. When this option is enabled, the User Group is not accessible to User Group Administrators, unless they are a member of the User Group.
