Assign user access to Document Types in User Groups & Rights.
Note:
If a user does not have access to Document Types, they will not be able to access them in Document Retrieval or any indirect way (e.g.: Sent To, Cross-Reference, Retrieve by Document Handle Re-Index, Render Statement, etc.).
