Issue: Users are unable to open the help files in the OnBase Client or Configuration module.
Resolution: Verify that the HelpFilesLocation onbase32.ini file setting contains the proper path to the help files. In a typical 32-bit installation, the help files are located at C:\Program Files\Hyland\ OnBase Client\All Help. In a typical 64-bit installation, the help files are located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Hyland\ OnBase Client\All Help. If no value is specified for the HelpFilesLocation onbase32.ini file setting, OnBase checks for the help files in the directory where the OnBase Client and Configuration module executables reside.
