Issue: After replacing existing Keyword Types on a Document Type with a Keyword Type Group, OnBase does not display the Keyword Values for documents that are part of that Document Type.
Resolution: This behavior can occur if you remove Keyword Types from a Document Type, even if you are replacing them with a Keyword Type Group that uses the same Keyword Types. To restore your original Keyword Values, you must re-add the original Keyword Types to the Document Type. If this is not possible, contact your first line of support.
