Issue: When logging in to the OnBase Client or Configuration module, the following error messages are displayed:

Failed to process diagnostics event. Unable to load one or more Hyland.Logging modules

Failed to mirror audit event through Hyland.Logging. Unable to load one or more Hyland.Logging modules
Resolution: The DLL files Hyland.Logging.dll and Hyland.Logging.Wrapper.dll do not exist in the install directory, are misnamed, or are corrupted. Without these files, verbose logging will not function. After dismissing these error messages, the application will function normally. If verbose logging is required, contact Hyland Technical Support Services to receive the correct DLL files.
