To use Citrix to access the Configuration module, the administrator accessing it needs to have the following:
- A Citrix account (provided by Cloud Platform Engineering)
- Either of the following:
- Citrix Workspace installed
- Access through a secure browser
- A device that recognizes the SSL certificate
- If connecting through a proxy server, access to certain Citrix URLs
