This message dialog box displays after you have passed the Warning screen and aborted the certificate installation, and have re-entered the Certificate Installation dialog.
CAUTION:
If you encounter this screen, license reductions have already been applied, as described on the Review Pending Licensing Changes screen. License reductions may prohibit users from accessing the Client module and related functionality.
