To directly import a rendition, the following requirements must be met:

The Document Type that the document is being imported into must be renditionable.

The indexing values must identically match a document already existing in the same Document Type in the OnBase system.

The file format must be different from the existing document and any of its renditions.
If all of the above requirements are met when a new document is imported, the Document Revisions dialog box will display and allows the Save as Rendition button to be available for selection.
