Keywords provide the means to effectively index, classify, and retrieve documents in the OnBase system. Keyword Types, which are assigned by the system administrator, are associated with each Document Type. Keyword Values are the actual descriptive words entered into the system, corresponding to the Keyword Type(s) for each document. The following topics concerning keywords are explained:
