If you have User Management privileges you can restore documents from the Document Maintenance window back into OnBase.

  1. Select the document in the Document Maintenance window.
  2. Right-click and choose Undelete Selected. The Confirm dialog box is displayed.
  3. Click OK.

Once a document has been undeleted from the Document Maintenance window, it is put back into the system with all of the attributes it had before being deleted (i.e. Keyword Values and Index criteria are intact).
