Although Keyword Types can be deleted from OnBase, it is considered a best practice to rename Keyword Types (for example, with a “zzz” prefix) that should not be used, instead of deleting them. Deleting Keyword Types that are used in a process or Workflow can have adverse effects on the OnBase system. Keyword Types that are renamed can be used at a later time, and placed on a Document Type where the Data Type configured for that Keyword Type is required.
