It is considered a best practice to only use Auto Display Keyword Values when displaying the Keyword Values benefits users. When a Keyword Type is configured to Auto Display Keyword Values, OnBase loads all Keyword Values for a document each time the document is displayed. To minimize impact on the database, avoid configuring Auto Display Keyword Types when there is not a clear benefit to users.
