The options in this section work in conjunction with the warning message that is displayed when you run an unrestricted query.
The message states that the query will take a long time if no search criteria or Keyword Values are entered to narrow the search.

Warn and Cancel Queries |
When selected, a warning message is displayed when a user attempts to run an unrestricted query. A user must enter search criteria or the search cannot be performed. Note:
When a user is a member of a User Group with the Override Query Restrictions Product Right, the Warn and Cancel Queries option functions the same way as the Warn and Run Queries option. Users see the Warn and Run message and can select to cancel the search or to continue with the search. The available Warn and Cancel Queries are displayed below:

If a Document Type Group search is performed and one or more of the Document Types has a Required Keyword Type, but there are no common Keyword Types between the Document Types, a warning will not be issued despite any warning settings a Document Type has.
