The Scan Queue Assignment dialog box allows you to assign Document Types to one or more scan queues at the same time.

To assign Document Types to multiple scan queues:

  1. From the OnBase Configuration module, click Document | Document Types. The Document Types dialog box is displayed.
  2. From the Document Type list, select the Document Type you wish to assign to multiple scan queues.
    Note:

    System Document Types cannot be assigned to scan queues.

  3. Click Scan Queues. The Scan Queue Assignment dialog box is displayed:
  4. To assign the selected Document Type to additional scan queues, do the following:
    1. From the Available list on the left, select the desired scan queues.
    2. Click Add >>. The selected scan queues are moved to the Selected list on the right.
  5. To remove the selected Document Type from existing scan queue assignments, do the following:
    1. From the Selected list on the right, select the desired scan queues.
    2. Click << Remove. The selected scan queues are moved to the Available list on the left.
  6. Click Save. A prompt to re-alphabetize is displayed.
  7. Click Yes to re-alphabetize the Document Type lists of the scan queues to which the selected Document Type has now been assigned. Otherwise, click No.
