The Order# Keyword Type was originally configured with a Keyword Type mask of 0-00 and was configured to use the Store Mask Characters option.

Because the Store Mask Characters option was selected, the - static character is included in the Keyword Values stored in OnBase. One of the documents in the system has a current Order# Keyword Value of 1-23. The mask is later changed to 0000, rendering the current Keyword Value of 1-23 invalid because the second position from the left in the new mask is configured to accept only numeric values. This Keyword Value contains the - static character in that position; this incompatibility results in an invalid Keyword Value that is not properly displayed for the document.
