Once a Custom Query is configured, its configuration settings can be copied to a new Custom Query for quick editing.

Note: For more information on how to configure a Custom Query, see Configuring Custom Queries.

To copy Custom Query configuration settings:

  1. In the OnBase Configuration module, select Queries | Custom Queries. The Custom Query dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select a Custom Query to copy settings from in the Custom Query Name list then click Copy. The Copy Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  3. Enter a name for the new Custom Query with copied setting configurations in the New Custom Query field and click Save. The new Custom Query with copied settings configurations is added to the list of existing Custom Queries in the Custom Query Name list.
