There are many dialog boxes that consist of adding Available items to the selected items list or removing selected items from the list. For example:
In this type of dialog box, if you want to add or remove all of the items in a list, press CTRL - / to select all of the items in a list.
Note:
This shortcut only works in dialog boxes that allow you to select more than one item at a time. Some lists do not have this functionality.
