You can reset the Application Server cache from within the OnBase Configuration module. Resetting the Application Server cache will reset the cache of all Application Servers installed on your system.

To reset the Application Server cache in the OnBase Configuration module:

  1. Select Utils | Service Monitoring. The Service Monitoring Utilities dialog box is displayed:
  2. Click Reset Cache. A warning is displayed about potential performance issues when resetting the cache.
  3. Click Yes. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click OK. The Application Server cache is reset. If your system has multiple Application Servers installed, their caches are also reset.
