After being created, configuration reports are automatically stored into the Document Type SYS Configuration Reports. Each report is given a title that indicates the type of configuration report, along with the date and time it was created.

Configuration reports can be retrieved in OnBase by selecting SYS Configuration Reports from the Document Types list in the Document Retrieval dialog box and clicking Find. This will display a list of all configuration reports, with the most recently run reports at the top of the list. Individual reports can then be viewed by double-clicking on the title of the report.
