Configuration Reports are run from the Report menu in the Configuration module. Users can run an individual report by selecting it from the available reports. Users can also run all reports they have rights to by selecting Run All Reports.
After selecting the report or reports to run, a status box showing the progress will be displayed until it completes.
The length of time it takes to run an individual report varies depending on which report is running, the size of your system, and the speed of your processor. Most reports, however, will be completed within a matter of seconds.
The Progress dialog box consists of the following features:
-
The type of report run will show in the title bar of the progress dialog box
-
The first line of text shows what type of configuration report you are running
-
The second line of text shows the name of the Document Type, process, format, type, etc.
-
The progress bar will run a colored bar showing the progress percentage completed during the report process
After the configuration report has finished running, you can access the report from OnBase. They are listed under the Document Type, SYS Configuration Reports. They are given titles that indicate the type of Configuration Report, along with the date and time it was created.
When viewing the report in OnBase, each report will consist of the configuration information for the selected type report.
