Hyland Software makes data integrity our number one priority. We view protecting data stored in OnBase as both an ethical and business obligation, and take even the most remote potential for data loss or corruption very seriously.
The Development and Quality Assurance departments at Hyland Software strive to create superior software and ensure that it is rigorously tested before being released. Hyland Software maintains its commitment to data integrity after every implementation, through our various technical support teams and the timely release of Technical Bulletins concerning possible data-integrity issues that could impact your system.
During an upgrade of OnBase you are required to provide the contact information of a system administrator. This information is collected by the Customer Information Server and used to contact you in the event that a data-integrity issue is discovered in a released version of OnBase. Contact is made through the release of a Technical Bulletin, which outlines the issue and suggests what course of action to take. This contact information is not used for any other purpose.
