The process for upgrading your database depends on the schema version of the database to be upgraded.

  • If you are upgrading your database from a schema version prior to 3.5-441, you must first use the OnBase Configuration module to upgrade your database to schema version 3.5-441. For more information, see the section on upgrading the database using the Configuration module.

  • If you are upgrading your database from a schema version of 3.5-441 or higher, you must use Foundation DBUtils to upgrade your database. For more information, see the section on upgrading the database using Foundation DBUtils.
