In order to support environments where users are accessing OnBase 8.0.0 or greater database with pre-8.0.0 versions of the Client, a refresh column needs to be added to the useraccount, useraccounttmpl, and lcstate database tables.

To add the refresh column:

  1. In the Configuration module, select Utils | Backwards Compatibility.
The Backwards Compatibility Settings dialog box displays.
  2. Select the Restore the Refresh Column check box.
  3. Click Save.
    Note:

After restoring the refresh column, the Restore the Refresh Column check box remains checked, but is unavailable, to indicate that the refresh column has already been restored.

    Note:

The Restore the Refresh Column check box is not available in Sybase SQL Anywhere 10.0 databases, since 8.0.0 is the first version of OnBase to support Sybase SQL Anywhere 10.0.
