System Refresh Times define the number of seconds the database re-displays information. The system default Minimum Refresh Time is 100 seconds. The Maximum Refresh Time is 99,999 seconds.
CAUTION:
Any value less than 100 seconds has to be set manually in the database and should only be done with caution.

In the Configuration module, select Users | System Refresh Times to open the System Refresh Times dialog box.
