Every installation of OnBase includes several SYS Document Types under the System Documents Document Type Group. Certain processes within OnBase automatically generate reports that are archived under some of these Document Types; other Document Types are used to archive imported documents. Not all of these Document Types are used by your system. The usage of these Document Types by OnBase depends on the processes you are running and the individual configuration of your solution. The following tables outline the system or intended user usage of each SYS Document Type.
You should not delete documents located in the System Documents Document Type Group. Some of these documents are automatically generated by modules and referenced later when you perform certain processes.
Keyword Types should not be added to nor removed from System Document Types, as this may result in unexpected behavior.
