Deleting User Groups should be reserved for unused User Groups that exist in OnBase.
To delete a User Group from OnBase, you must use the -ROMANZO switch.
To delete a User Group:

Apply the -ROMANZO switch to the Configuration module's shortcut and launch the
Configuration module.
CAUTION:
Before using features enabled by the -ROMANZO switch, ensure that you understand the feature and implications of any changes to your system. Contact your service provider with any questions regarding these features. Features enabled by the -ROMANZO switch should not be made available to the casual user. Remove the -ROMANZO switch after completing necessary actions.
- From the Configuration module, select Users | User Groups / Rights. The User Groups & Rights dialog box displays

Select the user group from the User Group Name list and
click Delete. This button is only enabled when the
-ROMANZO switch is applied.
CAUTION:
If a user group is deleted that has documents assigned to it within a load balanced queue, the following message is displayed: This user group has documents in load balance queue assigned to it. Are you sure you want to delete this user group? If you click Yes, the user group will be deleted and the documents within its queue are moved to the <Not Assigned to User> document group within the load balanced queue. If you click No, the user group will not be deleted and its documents will not move from its group.
