Document Template rights determine a User Group's ability to access document templates from within OnBase.

  1. In the Configuration module, select Users | User Groups & Rights.
  2. Select a User Group and click the Document Templates button. The Assign Document Templates to User Group dialog box is displayed.
  3. Assign templates to the User Group.

    To assign one or more templates to the User Group, select the appropriate template(s) from the Available list and click Add.

    To remove one or more templates from the User Group, select the appropriate template(s) from the Selected list and click Remove.

  4. Click Close when all templates have been assigned.
