To temporarily disable a user account:
- Select the user name from the User Name list and click the Lock User button.
- A Confirmation Message is displayed asking if you are sure you want to lock that particular user.
- Click Yes to lock the user. The Lock User button toggles to Unlock User. The user will not have access to OnBase until the account is unlocked.
