Upon logging into the Configuration module, the end user license agreement (EULA) may be displayed.
To accept the EULA:
- Read the EULA. You must view the entire EULA to enable confirmation settings.
- In the Enter your name field, enter your name.
- In the Enter you email field, enter your email address.
- Select I accept the agreement.
- Click Submit. By doing this, you are accepting the agreement for all OnBase users in that database. This action is mandatory and only needs to be completed once per release version of OnBase.
You can access the end user license agreement (EULA) at any time by navigating to the Disk Mgmt menu and selecting the End User License Acceptance | View License option. This option allows an administrator to view the EULA, who accepted it, and the date and time it was accepted. You can also Print a copy of the EULA for your reference.
To view EULA action history, navigate to the Disk Mgmt menu and select the End User License Acceptance | View History option. This displays the End User License Acceptance History dialog box, which lists all Accept and Decline actions taken on the EULA.
Users can view the EULA at any time by opening the login dialog for the OnBase Client or Web Client and selecting the link at the bottom of the screen.
